Function:
The command enables and disables the function of Remote control on the keys
of front panel.
Returned Format:
The query returns ENABLE or DISABLE.
Example:
:KEY:LOCK ENAB Enable remote control on the keys of front panel .
:KEY:LOCK? Return ENABLE.
