Color interpretation
• Minimum and Maximum
• Color model: Choose a color palette for the line graph.
• Auto min. / Auto max.: If this box is checked, the system adapts the
color palette to the range of data automatically. Deactivate the automatic
input and insert the adequate limits manually to the requirements of
different species.
• Typical velocity interval: This option will adapt the graph colors according
to the typical impulse velocities for the species selected. RINNTECH is
currently developing a velocity catalogue for certain species. Please note that
velocity tables derived from other measurement devices cannot be applied to
ARBOTOM
®
.
Lines
• Show all levels in one graph: In case of a 3-D measurement all levels will
be shown in one graph, if this box in checked.
• Use percent error as line width: Defines the line thickness as an indicator
for the percent error. Low error percentages will result in a thick line.
• Line max. width: Defines the line thickness.
• Draw only mean lines: If this box is checked only the arithmetic means of
the bi-directional measurements will be shown. When deactivated, the pairs
of measurements are shown.
•
Use faster mean value: The bi-directional measured values between two
sensors can differ due to the constitution of wood. If this box is checked, the
higher mean only will be displayed, the lower will be rejected.
