Warranty terms
We do our best to guarantee a maximum of quality. In case of any malfunction
of the ARBOTOM
®
-system we will of course help you to solve the problem as
fast as possible. This service is free of charge if it is a subject of warranty.
Warranty applies if the instrument was used only according to the handling
procedures and safety precautions described in this manual. The manufacturer
assumes no liability for any defects resulting from misuse or incorrect handling.
Furthermore the manufacturer cannot take any liability for damages of normal
wear and tear, nor for damages which may occur after the passage of risk as a
result of incorrect or improper handling or through excessive use. The warranty
period of the ARBOTOM
®
system corresponds to the guarantee time given by
law (currently 2 years).
During normal use of the ARBOTOM
®
system it is not necessary to open any
parts of the system. Should anyone not authorised by the manufacturer open
any part of the instrument all warranty claims become invalid.
If it is necessary to return the device or any parts of the device to RINNTECH,
we strongly recommend using the original packaging to avoid shipping
damages. Any damages due to inappropriate packaging are on the senders’
risk.
