The Robomow Lawn Mower displays 'Waiting for signal…' because no signal is detected. Check the power to the Base Station. If there was a power interruption, Robomow will renew operation if power returns within an hour; otherwise, it will return to the Base Station but not renew operation.

Why Robomow RM510 Lawn Mower will not operate and nothing is displayed on the LCD screen?
P
pleSep 6, 2025
The Robomow Lawn Mower might not operate, and the LCD screen is blank because it is in deep sleep mode. To wake it, press and hold the main switch button (on/off) for 3 seconds or remove the fuse for 3 seconds. If the mower isn't connected to the Base Station/charger when not in use, it conserves power by entering deep sleep. Also, the batteries might be discharged due to lack of charge maintenance. Always keep the charger connected when the Robomow is not in use to avoid permanent battery damage.

If the Robomow Lawn Mower is operating at the wrong times, first confirm that the time (hour and date) is set correctly. Also, check if the ‘GO’ button was unintentionally pressed. To prevent this, activate the ‘Child guard’ or ‘Anti-theft’ options, which require multiple button presses to start the operation.

If your Robomow Lawn Mower has skipped a scheduled operation, the cause is recorded under ‘Program Display’. Common reasons include low battery voltage, rain detection, an obstacle stuck around the blade, or a signal problem. Also, check if you've chosen to skip the next operation or if the program was set to ‘off’.
