What to do if my Robomow Lawn Mower shows 'Check Power'?
    • B
      Bradley BlackburnAug 18, 2025
If your Robomow lawn mower displays a 'Check Power' message, ensure the power supply/charger is properly plugged into the main power supply and that the charging plug is fully inserted into the mower's charging socket. A temporary power loss might have occurred; disconnect and reconnect the charging plug. Also, check if there is power to the receptacle or if the main power is shut off. Ensure the mower contacts touch the base station contacts, and that the contacts are clean. Confirm a good connection of the cables to the Base Station contacts and check the Charging fuse 5A.

What to do if my Robomow RL2000 displays 'Front Wheel Problem'?
    • J
      Juan HernandezAug 21, 2025
If your Robomow displays a 'Front Wheel Problem' message, it could be due to several reasons. The front wheel may have left the ground for too long. The Robomow might have driven onto an obstacle, raising the front end; remove the obstacle. The Robomow could be used on a slope too steep; exclude this area from mowing. High grass might be preventing the front wheel from fully riding on the ground; raise the cutting height. Also, the ground might contain large holes; fill these areas with dirt and level off.

Why does my Robomow RL2000 Lawn Mower show 'Check Mow Height'?
    • J
      jason53Aug 23, 2025
If your Robomow lawn mower displays a 'Check Mow Height' message, it indicates that the mowing motors have faced over-current for too long, or an obstacle is stuck or wrapped around the blades. Remove the power pack before lifting the mower and inspect the blades for foreign material or debris preventing rotation. Clean out accumulated grass clippings using a wooden stick. Something might be preventing a blade from rotating freely, such as severe grass accumulation or a rope wrapped around the mowing blade. An object might be jammed under the mower preventing blade from rotating.
