Why does my Robomow RL2000 Lawn Mower leave large patches of uncut grass?
    • C
      Christine CaldwellSep 12, 2025
If your Robomow lawn mower leaves large patches of uncut grass, it could be due to several reasons. The power pack may not be fully charged; connect the charger until the 'Ready–Keep Charging' message appears. The 'Work Time' might be insufficient for the zone size; increase it under 'User Preferences' or set it to 'MAX'. Also, the power pack might be nearing its end of life or damaged from poor maintenance, requiring replacement. Finally, the grass may be overgrown or wet; raise the cutting height and avoid cutting wet grass.

Why doesn't the bumper on my Robomow Lawn Mower activate when it hits something?
    • D
      dianahansonSep 15, 2025
The bumper on your Robomow lawn mower may not activate when striking an obstacle if the grass is wet. Operate Robomow when the grass is dry, preferably in the early afternoon. It may also occur if the blades are worn; replace them. The obstacle might be less than 6 inches in height, not rigid enough, or positioned at an angle, preventing square contact with the bumper. Remove the obstacle, set up a wire around it, or exclude it from the cutting area with the perimeter wire.
