–This machine is normally installed in workshops or industrial environments protected
from the elements.
Use of this machine in explosive environments or when exposed to the el-
ements is strictly forbidden.
–The user is responsible for the loading and unloading of the pallet, as well as for the
insertion and cutting of the film.
–A single operator is required for its use.
The pictures show (as an example) the different machine models with a brief descrip-
tion.
Ecoplat Base
The machine is supplied with an "FRD" or "net FRD"
spool carriage: carriage with friction roller, mechani-
cal brake and manual film stretch adjustment.
The control panel is equipped with electro-mechani-
cal buttons.
Ecoplat FRD
The machine is supplied with an "FRD" or "net FRD"
spool carriage: carriage with friction roller, mechani-
cal brake and manual film stretch adjustment.
The control panel is equipped with multi-function se-
lector and display.
Ecoplat RS
The machine is supplied with reel holding carriage
"RS": carriage with pre-stretch rollers and manual ad-
justment.
The control panel is equipped with multi-function se-
lector and display.
Ecoplat PPS
The machine is supplied with reel holding carriage
"PPS": carriage with motor-driven film pre-stretch and
tightening rollers, mechanically controlled with me-
chanical rod and electronic sensor, which control the
inverter on the motor directly.
The control panel is equipped with multi-function se-
lector and display.
