INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
La fornitura ROBUSCHI non include il progetto
dell’ambiente operativo dove il soffiatore sarà installato, né
il circuito di potenza, il circuito di controllo e altri controlli o
equipaggiamenti richiesti dalla specifica funzione del
soffiatore.
Il CLIENTE pertanto deve verificare che l’ambiente
operativo, il circuito di potenza, il circuito di controllo e gli
altri controlli o equipaggiamenti relativi alla funzione del
soffiatore soddisfino i requisiti essenziali di sicurezza della
Direttiva Europea delle Macchine 98/37/CEE e/o delle
corrispondenti legislazioni del paese in cui il soffiatore è
installato.
Il CLIENTE deve inoltre assicurare che sia seguita la
legislazione sulla sicurezza elettrica (Direttiva Bassa
Tensione 73/23 CEE ) e sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica
( Direttiva EMC 89/336 CEE )
Attenzione : Tutto il personale che viene a contatto
con il soffiatore deve seguire le seguenti norme di
sicurezza
Durante il funzionamento del Soffiatore
Non toccare le superfici esterne del soffiatore e del silenziatore di
mandata : superficie a temperatura >70 °C
Non aprire i tappi olio durante il funzionamento.
Non smontare la protezione della trasmissione.
Non avvicinarsi al soffiatore con abbigliamento inadeguato
(evitare indumenti con maniche larghe, cravatte, bracciale o
collane ecc.).
Non utilizzare il soffiatore per condizioni di funzionamento
differenti da quelle previste nella conferma d'ordine.
Non toccare i dispositivi alimentati da tensione elettrica.
Disporre un equipaggiamento antincendio vicino al
soffiatore.
Prima di ogni intervento sul soffiatore
Fermare il soffiatore e i sistemi ausiliari come descritto al par 5.4
Attenzione : Sezionare l’alimentazione elettrica,
bloccare il sezionatore generale in posizione aperta
con la chiave e conservarla durante l’intervento
Isolare il soffiatore dall’impianto e riportarlo alla pressione
atmosferica
Attenzione : Il gas contenuto nell’impianto
può essere caldo, tossico e irritante
Attenzione : Attendere che il soffiatore ritorni
alla temperatura ambiente (< 40 °C)
Durante gli interventi sul soffiatore
Assicurarsi di aver compiuto tutte le operazioni descritte al
paragrafo precedente
Sollevare il soffiatore utilizzando attrezzature adeguate
Durante i lavori di pulizia con spray o detersivi osservare
scrupolosamente le corrispondenti istruzioni per evitare
avvelenamenti per via respiratoria dovuti ai fumi o bruciature da
contatto
Attenzione : Non è consentito l’uso di ricambi
ed accessori non originali.
Nota : ROBUSCHI non sarà responsabile di
inconvenienti, rotture e incidenti dovuti
all’impiego di ricambi o accessori non-
originali
SAFETY INFORMATION
Delivery of ROBUSCHI does not include the design of the
operating environment where the blower will be installed,
nor the power circuits, control circuits and other controls
or equipment required by the specific function of the
blower.
The CUSTOMER therefore must verify that the operating
environment, the power circuits, the control circuits and
the other controls or equipment related to the function of
the blower satisfy the essential safety requirements of the
European Machinery Directive 98/37/EEC and/or of the
corresponding legislation of the country where the blower
is used.
The CUSTOMER must also ensure that the valid legislation
on electric safety ( Low-Voltage Directive 73/23 EEC ) and
Electromagnetic Compatibility of equipment (EMC Directive
89/335 EEC) is followed.
Warning : All the personnel that come in contact with
the blower must observe following safety regulations
During Blower operation
Do not touch external surfaces of the blower and of the outlet
silencer : surfaces temperature > 70 °C.
Do not open oil plugs during operation.
Do not disassemble transmission guard.
Do not approach blower without suitable clothing (avoid large
clothes, neckties, bracelets or necklaces).
Do not use the blower in operating conditions different from the
ones rated in the order confirmation.
Do not touch components under electric supply.
Dispose of fire-fighting equipment close to the blower
Before any staff service on the Blower
Stop the blower and auxiliary systems as described at par. 5.4
Warning : Disconnect the electric supply, lock the
general switching open position with the key and
conserve it during the service operation
Insulate the blower from the plant and restore the atmospheric
pressure into it.
Warning : The gas contained in the plant may
be hot, toxic and irritant
Warning : Wait until the blower returns at the
ambient temperature
During staff service on the blower
Check that all the operations indicated above have been
completed.
Lift the blower and the main piping by a suitable equipment only
During cleaning operations involving the use of sprays or
cleaning agents special attention is to be paid to relevant user
information to avoid the poisoning due to fumes or burns due to
caustic substances.
Warning : Do not use non-original spare parts
or accessories .
Note : ROBUSCHI will not be liable for any
damage, breakdown, injury deriving from the
use of non-original spare parts or accessories
