 MIPI_TX_AVDD_1V8 and MIPI_TX/RX_AVDD_1V8 are the same group of power, they
share same power supply;
 When LVDS and RGB are using, LVDS_AVDD_1V0, LVDS_AVDD_1V8 and
LVDS_AVDD_3V3 need power supply; otherwise no power supply is needed, as shown
in Fig 14-6;
