What to do if there is no communication between the RocketFish RF-WHTIB Speaker System sender and receiver?
    • F
      Frederick RyanJul 25, 2025
If your RocketFish Speaker System isn't communicating between the sender and receiver, ensure the power cords are properly connected. After turning on both devices, the front panel LEDs should light up. If the LEDs are flashing, press and hold the CONNECT button on either the sender or receiver for two seconds to enter "connection mode" for about 30 seconds. Repeat this process on the other unit. The LED indicators will blink faster during this mode. Once a link is established, the LED indicators will remain solid. If blinking persists after 30 seconds, try pressing the CONNECT buttons again.

If there is no sound from your RocketFish Speaker System: 1. Ensure the AC adapter is connected to the sender and the power cord is connected to the AC supply for the receiver. 2. Verify all cables are correctly connected. 3. Check if the LEDs illuminate on the front of both the sender and receiver units. If the LEDs are solid, the communication is working, so check speaker wires and amplifier operation. If the LEDs are flashing, refer to the “No communication between the sender and receiver” section.
