What to do if there is no sound from my RocketFish Speakers?
    • K
      Karen Brown MDJul 31, 2025
If there is no sound and the Rocketboost sender and receiver aren't communicating, ensure the power indicators on both devices are lit steadily. If they're blinking, consult the 'Establishing communication' section on page 21. Also, if the joining process fails, verify that only one Rocketboost device has the Hub switch enabled (it will have a green power indicator, while non-hub devices have a blue one). Check the volume level of the wireless speaker and audio sources connected to the sender, ensure all audio cables are correctly connected, and confirm the audio source connected to your sender is on. Finally, make sure neither the sender nor receiver devices are muted; a blinking Rx indicator light indicates muting.

How to fix sound interference on RocketFish RF-RBWS02?
    • B
      Bruce JacksonAug 8, 2025
If you're experiencing sound interference with your RocketFish Speakers, try these steps: First, experiment with different orientations or locations for your sender device. Ensure your sender device is more than 18 inches away from any Wi-Fi routers. Shorten the distance between the Rocketboost devices, keeping in mind that the maximum distance of 150 feet (45 m) is reduced by walls or obstructions. Identify potential interfering devices like cordless phones, microwaves, or wireless routers by turning them off one by one. If a cordless phone or wireless router is the issue, try changing its channel by referring to its owner's manual.

Why won't my RocketFish remote control the volume?
    • C
      Carol EdwardsAug 19, 2025
If your Rocketboost remote isn't controlling the volume of your RocketFish Speakers, first, check that you've removed the insulation sheet from the battery tray. Ensure your source devices (A/V receiver, iPod, etc.) have their volume turned up to at least 50%. Finally, the remote battery may be dead, so try replacing it.
