Connecting the AC adapter to the wireless speaker
(if you are not using batteries, or if you want to charge the batteries)
To connect the AC adapter to the wireless speaker:
1 Connect the AC power adapter to the wireless speaker and plug into an
AC power outlet.
2 Turn on the wireless speaker using the power switch on the top panel.
Notes:
Do not connect the AC adapter to the speaker if the speaker is used outdoors.
If you are using NiMH rechargeable batteries, your batteries will recharge whenever
the speaker is connected to a power outlet with the DC adapter. If batteries are not
fully charged, you should charge them for 16 hours before using the wireless speaker.
Charging the wireless speaker
When the battery power becomes low, the charge indicator light
initially blinks, indicating the need to charge the speaker. If it does
not receive a charge, the indicator light eventually goes off.
Caution: To avoid the risk of fire and to prevent damage, only use the AC power
adapter supplied with your wireless speaker kit.
Make sure that the power supply outlet matches the unit AC input of 100 - 240V
before you connect power.
The wireless speaker should only be charged by the AC power adapter indoors.
