If your Roland Recording Equipment isn't powering on, several factors could be at play. First, ensure you're using the dedicated AC adapter included with the device. Also, check that the AC adapter plug is securely connected to both the device and the power outlet. If you're relying on battery power, they might be too low, so try installing fresh batteries.
