LFO
This section adds cyclical change (a swelling effect) to the sound.
WAVE
FORM
Selects the waveform.
RND(S&H) : Random wave
(SQR) : Square wave
(SAW) : Saw wave
(
SAW(INV)
) : Saw wave (inverse polarity)
(TRI) : Triangle wave
(SIN) : Sine wave
KEY TRIG
Sets whether to synchronize the start of the LFO
cycle with the timing you use when pressing the
keys (“ON” to synchronize, “OFF” to disable).
RANGE
Determines the range that can be adjusted for RATE.
* When TEMPO SYNC is “ON”, the instrument always
operates in NORMAL.
RATE Sets the rate of the swelling effect.
DELAY TIME
Sets the time it takes for the LFO MOD to be applied
to the VCO/VCF/VCA after you press a key.
* This has no effect on VCO PW MOD.
VCF
This section controls the tone.
VELOCITY SENS
Adjusts the sensitivity of change to the low
pass filter according to how hard you press
the keys.
HPF
CUTOFF FREQ
Adjusts the cutoff frequency of the high-pass
filter. Cuts off the frequency components
below the cutoff frequency.
LPF
CUTOFF FREQ
Adjusts the cutoff frequency of the low-pass
filter. Cuts off the frequency components
above the cutoff frequency.
LPF RES
Emphasizes the frequencies around the low
pass filter cutoff frequency.
KYBD FOLLOW
Controls the low pass filter cutoff frequency
according to what keys you play.
LFO MOD
Uses the LFO to change the cutoff frequency
of the low-pass filter.
ENVELOPE MOD
Uses the envelope to change the cutoff
frequency of the low-pass filter.
ENVELOPE A Adjusts how quickly the filter rises (the attack).
ENVELOPE D
Adjusts how much time it takes for the filter to
decay to the sustain level.
ENVELOPE S
Adjusts the level at which the filter sustains
while the key is pressed (note-on).
ENVELOPE R
Adjusts the time it takes for the filter to
attenuate (release) after the key is released
(note-off).
VCO
This section selects the original waveform.
RANGE Switches between the different VCO tonal registers.
LFO MOD Alters the pitch with the LFO.
PW MOD
Sets the pulse width of the asymmetrical square
wave.
PW = LFO, F.ENV+, F.ENV-, A.ENV+, A.ENV-:
Sets the depth of pulse width change.
PW = MAN:
Sets the pulse width.
PW
Sets what is used to control the pulse width of the
asymmetrical square wave.
A.ENV- : VCA envelope (inverse polarity)
A.ENV+ : VCA envelope
F.ENV- : VCF envelope (inverse polarity)
F.ENV+ : VCF envelope
LFO : LFO
MAN : Position of PW MOD
WAVE
FORM
Selects the waveform.
OFF : Off
(SAW) : Saw wave
(SQR) : Square wave
(PWM) : Asymmetrical pulse wave
* PW MOD is applied.
+ (SAW+SQR)
: Saw wave+Square wave
+ (SAW+PWM)
: Saw wave+Asymmetrical pulse wave
* PW MOD is applied.
SUB
Adjusts the volume of the square wave one octave
below.
VCA
This section controls the volume.
VELOCITY SENS
Adjusts the sensitivity of change to the volume
according to how hard you press the keys.
LFO MOD Uses the LFO to alter the volume.
ENVELOPE A
Adjusts how quickly the volume rises (the
attack).
ENVELOPE D
Adjusts how much time it takes for the sound
to decay to the sustain level.
ENVELOPE S
Adjusts the level at which the sound sustains
while the key is pressed (note-on).
ENVELOPE R
Adjusts the time it takes for the sound to fade
out (release) after the key is released (note-off ).
TONE Raises the high end or the low end.
LEVEL Adjusts the volume.
NOISE
Adds noise.
Adjusts the volume of the noise that’s added.
