Getting ready
You can connect a CD drive (CD-01A; sold separately) to the USB memory connector, and perform while playing back a music CD.
You can also play back SMF music data saved on a CD-ROM (p. 64).
If you’re using the KS-V8 (a dedicated keyboard stand for the V-Piano), you can attach the CD-01A to the V-Piano’s bottom panel.

Set the POWER switch of the CD drive (CD-01A) to “AUTO.”

Use screws (3 x 8 mm) to attach the holder to the CD drive.
* You must use only the screws (3 x 8 mm) and holder that were included with the CD-01A.

Reattach the headphone hook in the location shown in the illustration.
