What to do if my Rollease Acmeda Engine motor is not responding?

  If your Rollease Acmeda Engine motor isn't responding, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the motor is properly connected to the power cable and the AC plug is plugged in. * Verify the power supply to the motor is connected and active. * If using a wand, replace the 8xAA alkaline batteries. * If using a transmitter, replace its battery and check the battery polarity. * Make sure the transmitter isn't near metal objects and the motor's aerial is straight and away from metal to avoid radio interference. * Try moving the transmitter closer to the receiver. * Check the wiring to ensure it's connected correctly according to the motor installation instructions.

Why can't I program a single rollease acmeda AUTOMATE ARC motor and multiple motors respond?

  If multiple Rollease Acmeda Engine motors respond when you're trying to program just one, it's likely that multiple motors are paired to the same channel. Always reserve an individual channel for programming functions. It is best practice to provide an extra 15 channel remote in your multi motor projects, that provides individual control for each motor for programming purposes. You may also try placing all other motors into sleep mode.
