Maintenance
Spülen nach Schaumbetrieb
- Abwechselnd alle Druckausgänge (Monitor, Schnellangriffs-
einrichtung, Druckabgänge) öffnen.
- Pumpendruck mit Hilfe des Handgases (Z4) auf mittlere Dreh-
zahl regeln (ca. 5 bar).
- Solange spülen bis sauberes Wasser an allen Druckausgängen
strömt.
- Gegen Ende des Spülvorganges die Entlüftungspumpe ein-
schalten um diese ebenfalls zu spülen (Schalter (S3) betätigen *).
Dazu ist es unbedingt erforderlich die Pumpe auf Leerlauf-
drehzahl zu regeln (unter 2 bar).
- Spülschlauch abkuppeln und die Pumpenanlage weiterbetreiben
bis die gesamte Vormischereinheit leergesaugt ist.
WICHTIG !
Das Spülen ist nach jedem Schaumbetrieb, ebenso nach Betrieb mit
verschmutztem Wasser gründlich durchzuführen.
Nach dem Spülvorgang ist die gesamte Pumpenanlage zu entlee-
ren.
Flushing after Foam Operation
- Open all outlets (monitor, hose reels, pressure outlets).
- Increase pump pressure to max. 5 bar by using throttle control
(Z4).
- Carry out the flushing procedure until clean water is dis-
charged.
- Before finishing the flushing procedure, flush the priming pump
too (turn switch (S3) to the right *).
In this case, it is absolutely necessary to run the pump with idle
speed (below 2 bar).
- Disconnect flushing hose and operate pump until foam
proportioner is sucked empty.
ATTENTION !
Flushing procedure must be done carefully after each foam opera-
tion, and also after operation with mucky water.
Drain pump system when flushing is finished.
