An incorrect valve position on your Rotork Controller could be due to a few reasons. Check the position of the mechanical stop bolts and readjust them if they are incorrectly set. Also, check the limit switch position if there's an incorrect signal from the limit switches. It may also be due to a fault of the pipeline valve, in which case you should consult the valve manufacturer’s documentation.
