What to do if my Rtelligent Control Unit motor does not work?
- JJared NashAug 2, 2025
If your Rtelligent Control Unit motor isn't working, first check if the power indicator is off and ensure the power supply circuit is providing normal power. If the motor rotor is locked, the pulse signal might be weak, so increase the signal current to 7-16mA. Also, the driver might be protected, in that case, solve the alarm and re-power the device. Another possible reason is an enable signal problem, try pulling up or disconnecting the enable signal. Finally, check whether the upper computer has pulse output, as the command pulse might be incorrect.
