What to do if the RJ45 port on my Ruijie Reyee RG-ES1 Switch is not connecting?

If the RJ45 port on your Ruijie Switch isn't connecting or is having errors transmitting data, first replace the twisted pair cable, as it may be faulty. Also, verify that the cable length doesn't exceed 100 meters and that the port configuration is compatible with the connected switch. If it exceeds 100 m, check that the port configuration has the common working mode with the connected switch.
