11. EQUIPMENT STORAGE.
If you don't use the brush cutter longer (over a dighand) do as follows:
● Clean the brush cutter.
● Empty the fuel from the tank.
● Turn on the brush cutter and let it run until the fuel in the carburetor is consumed
and the brush cutter stops. This operation is necessary to prevent the
evaporation of gasoline from the mixture which can cause the carburetor orifice
to clog by depositing the remaining oil.
● Store in a dry place where children cannot reach.
● Store the brush cutter in a dry place, with a roof, where there is no moisture.
● Grease all active metal parts with Vaseline.
● Do not store the brush cutter near flammable areas or near exits.
The movement of the brush cutter over short or long distances is done only with the
engine stopped.
