This device produces radio frequency energy in the 3GPP band 4 (1710 to 1755 MHz), band 13 (777
to 787 MHz) and 2.4GHz spectrum. The antenna must be positioned to keep a minimum distance of
31 cm (1 ft) from the radiating element to any nearby person.

This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any
