Auto test duration can use the full duration and part duration, two methods. F ull duration
us es belt integer revolution and belt length to make test duration; Part duration uses part of
belt length to make test duration. It is r ecommend ed to use full duration. I f the belt is too
long to measure, then part duration is available.
Press “ FULL DURA ” or “ PART DURA ” , the following screen is displayed.
Full duration operation procedures:
Make a mark on the belt and measure belt length and enter it, then press “ FULL DURA ”
Start belt at full speed and when it reaches the mark postion, press “ BGIN DURA ” , after that
each time it reaches the mark, press “ MARK CNT ” , when it reaches proper revolutions,
press ” DONE DURA ” then press “ EXIT DURA ” .
Part DURA operation procedures:
Make two marks on the belt, measure belt length between both marks and enter it, then press
“ PART DURA ” ;
Start belt at full speed, when it reaches the first mark, press ” BGIN DURA ” , when it reaches
the second mark, press “ DONE DURA ” , then press “ EXIT DURA ” .
Press “ PAGE DOWN ” soft key on establish test duration menu to enter the eighth page of
“ initial running operation ” menu.from the Initial Setup 6 Menu, the seventh page of Initial
Setup Menu is displayed as follows:
