Why is my Sainlogic WS-0310 Weather Station not reporting data to Weather Underground or Weathercloud?
    • S
      Stefanie ThompsonAug 5, 2025
There might be a few reasons why your Sainlogic Weather Station isn't reporting data. First, ensure your password or station ID is correct. The password is the one you registered on Wunderground.com and cannot begin with a non-alphanumeric character. Next, verify the date, time, and time zone are correctly set on the console. Incorrect settings may result in reporting old data instead of real-time data. Finally, check your router's firewall settings, as the console sends data via Port 80.

What to do if WiFi does not display on my Sainlogic Weather Station console?
    • B
      Brenda ComptonAug 9, 2025
If the WiFi symbol is not displaying on your Sainlogic Weather Station console, check your router for any issues. Confirm the WiFi icon is visible in the time field, indicating successful wireless connectivity. Verify that your modem's WiFi settings (network name and password) are correct. Ensure the console is plugged into AC power, as it won't connect to WiFi on battery power alone. Note that the console only supports 2.4 GHz routers; if you have a dual-band router, disable the 5 GHz band and enable the 2.4 GHz band. Guest networks are not supported.

How to fix a Sainlogic Weather Station wireless remote when it's not reporting to the console?
    • C
      Carrie DiazAug 19, 2025
If the wireless remote is not reporting to the console and you see dashes (--.-) on the display, it indicates a loss of sensor communication. To reacquire the signal, press and hold the CHANNEL/+ button for 3 seconds, choose the lost sensor and the remote search icon will be constantly displayed. Once the signal is reacquired, the remote search icon will turn off, and the current values will be displayed. The maximum line of sight communication range is 300f and 100f under most conditions. Move the sensor assembly closer to the display console, but if it's too close (less than 1.5m), move it further away.

Why do indoor and outdoor humidity readings not agree on my Sainlogic Weather Station?
    • K
      kimberlyosbornAug 26, 2025
Allow up to one hour for the sensors to stabilize due to signal filtering. The indoor and outdoor humidity sensors should agree within 10 % (the sensor accuracy is ± 5 %). Use the calibration feature to match the indoor and outdoor humidity to a known source.
