  If the WiFi is not displaying on your Sainlogic Weather Station console, consider these troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the WiFi symbol on the display. If wireless connectivity is successful the WiFi icon will be displayed in the time field. 2. Verify your router's WiFi settings (network name and password) are correct. 3. Ensure the console is plugged into AC power, as it won't connect to WiFi on battery power alone. 4. Confirm your router is a 2.4 GHz router, as the console only supports this frequency. If you have a dual-band router, disable the 5 GHz band and enable the 2.4 GHz band. 5. The console does not support guest networks.

Why is Sainlogic FT-0310 data not reporting to Wunderground or Weathercloud?

  If your Sainlogic Weather Station data isn't reporting to Wunderground.com or Weathercloud.net, check the following: 1. Make sure your password or key is correct. It is the password you registered on Wunderground.com. Your Wunderground.com password cannot begin with a non-alphanumeric character (a limitation of Wunderground.com, not the station). Example, $worknet is not a valid password, but worknet$ is valid. 2. Confirm your station ID is correct. 3. Verify the date and time are correct on the console. Incorrect settings can cause old data to be reported instead of real-time data. 4. Ensure your time zone is set properly to avoid reporting old data. 5. Check your router's firewall settings, as the console sends data via Port 80.

  If the Sainlogic Weather Station's sensor communication is lost (indicated by dashes on the display), try the following: * To reacquire the signal, press and hold the CHANNEL/+ button for 3 seconds, choose the lost sensor and the remote search icon will be constantly displayed. Once the signal is reacquired, the remote search icon will turn off, and the current values will be displayed. * Ensure the sensor assembly is within the communication range (maximum line of sight is 100 m, 30 m under most conditions).
