What to do if Sainlogic Weather Station shows dashes on the display console?
    • S
      Seth HamiltonAug 10, 2025
If your Sainlogic Weather Station displays dashes, it indicates that the remote sensors are not transmitting correctly. This can happen if there are obstructions like solid metal (which acts as an RF shield) or earth barriers (like hills) between the sensor and the console. Ensure the remote sensors are not transmitting through these obstructions. Additionally, try moving the display console away from devices that generate electrical noise, such as computers, TVs, and other wireless transmitters. You might also need to move the remote sensor to a higher or closer location.

      Jennifer BurnsAug 15, 2025
If the wireless remote of your Sainlogic Weather Station isn't reporting to the console, try these steps: First, move the sensor closer to the display console. Next, check that the remote sensor's LCD is working and that its transmitter light flashes every 60 seconds. If not, install a fresh set of batteries in the remote thermo.

What to do if Sainlogic FT0073 Weather Station indoor and outdoor temperature do not agree?
    • P
      paynejessicaAug 20, 2025
If the indoor and outdoor temperature readings on your Sainlogic Weather Station don't match, keep in mind that the sensors should agree within 2 °C, as the sensor accuracy is ± 1 °C. Allow up to one hour for the sensors to stabilize due to signal filtering. If the discrepancy persists, use the calibration feature to match the indoor and outdoor temperature to a known source.

What to do if Sainlogic FT0073 Weather Station indoor and outdoor humidity do not agree?
    • J
      James TurnerAug 30, 2025
If the indoor and outdoor humidity readings on your Sainlogic Weather Station are inconsistent, remember that the sensors should agree within 10 %, given a sensor accuracy of ± 5 %. Allow the sensors to stabilize for up to one hour due to signal filtering. If differences remain, use the calibration feature to align the indoor and outdoor humidity to a known, reliable source.
