What to do if the Sainlogic Weather Station wireless remote is not reporting to the console?
    • C
      crystaljohnsonAug 7, 2025
If you see dashes (--.-) on your Sainlogic Weather Station display console, it indicates a loss of sensor communication. To fix this, try the following: * Press and hold the CHANNEL/+ button for 3 seconds until the remote search icon appears. * Ensure the sensor is within the communication range (100m/330ft in ideal conditions, 30m/100ft in most conditions). * Adjust the distance between the sensor and console, ensuring it's not too close (less than 1.5m/5ft). * Replace the batteries in the remote sensor, using lithium batteries for cold environments. * Confirm the sensor isn't transmitting through metal or earth barriers.

Why indoor and outdoor temperature of Sainlogic Weather Station do not agree?
    • N
      ndavisAug 14, 2025
If the indoor and outdoor temperatures on your Sainlogic Weather Station don't match, allow about an hour for the sensors to stabilize due to signal filtering. Keep in mind that the sensors should agree within 2°C/4°F, as the sensor accuracy is ± 1°C/2°F. If the discrepancy persists, you can use the calibration feature to align the indoor and outdoor temperatures to a known, reliable source.

Why indoor and outdoor humidity of Sainlogic WS0835 Weather Station do not agree?
    • J
      James UnderwoodAug 21, 2025
If the indoor and outdoor humidity readings on your Sainlogic Weather Station are inconsistent, give the sensors about an hour to stabilize because of signal filtering. The humidity sensors should agree within 10%, considering the sensor accuracy is ±5%. If the issue continues, calibrate the indoor and outdoor humidity readings using a trusted source for comparison.
