Service
If a problem occurs with the Tissue-Tek
®
AutoTEC
®
that
cannot be solved by implementing the recommended
corrective actions listed in Section 6, Troubleshooting, and
instrument failure is apparent, the Sakura Finetek
Technical Support Department is available to assist.
Prior to contacting the Technical Support Department,
obtain model number, installation date, and warranty
period information, which will be required by the
Technical Support Representative. Record this information
in the blanks below for quick reference.

corner of the right side panel of the instrument or touch
