DISTINCTIVE RINGING
SAMSUNG DCS provides distinctive ring patterns to your phone:
• Outside calls have a single ring tone re p e a t e d ;
• Intercom calls have a double ring tone re p e a t e d ;
• Door phone calls and alarm/appointment reminders have a short
triple ring tone rapidly re p e a t e d .
SYSTEM TONES
The system provides several tones to assist you. Some of these tones are
a l r eady familiar to you.
I n t e r com Dial Tone – Asteady tone that indecates you can begin dialing.
Ringback To n e – Indicates the station you dialed os ringing.
Busy To n e – Indicates the station you dialed is busy.
DND/No More Calls To n e – Fast busy tone indicates the station you
dialed is in the Do Not Disturb mode or cannot receive any more calls.
Tr a n s f e r / C o n f e r ence tone – Indicates your call is being held and you
can dial another party.
