What to do if I forgot the password on my Samsung DVD-E360K?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset all settings, including the password, to the factory defaults. To do this, ensure there is no disc inside the player, then press and hold the Ⓡ|| button on the front panel for more than 5 seconds. Note: Use this reset only when absolutely necessary.
