Set whether to permit to send/receive contents such
as web pages or contacts to/from other device with
P2P function installed.
• Enable "Reader/Writer, P2P" before using.
NFC Type
Settings
Set communication mode from "FeliCa / Type A / Type
B (Default)", "FeliCa / Type A" or "FeliCa / Type B".
Tap and pay Set whether to enable or disable the service provided
on UIM cards and applications. → P.85
Downloadbooster
Set to use Wi-Fi and LTE network at the same time so that you can
download large les (over 30 MB) faster.

ConnectingtoVPN(VirtualPrivateNetwork)
VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a technology to connect to the information
in a protected local network from another network. Generally, VPNs are
provided to companies, schools and other facilities. A user can access to
the information in the local network from outside of the premises.
• To set up a VPN access from the terminal, you need to retrieve the
information related to security from your network administrator.
■ Adding a VPN

From the Home screen, → "Settings" → "More connection
settings" → "VPN"

• If an attention screen appears, tap "OK" and set screen unlock
method following the onscreen instructions.
To edit VPN
Tap of VPN to edit → Set each item → Tap "SAVE"
To delete VPN
Tap of VPN to delete → Tap "DELETE"

required items of VPN settings
