If the Samsung TV display you want to control isn't showing up on the system information chart, here are a few things to check: * Verify the RS232C cable connection to ensure it's properly connected to the correct serial port. * Make sure another display with a duplicate ID isn't connected, as this can cause data collision and prevent displays from being shown. * Confirm that the display ID is within the range of 0 to 99. You can change the ID using the Display menu if needed.
