change the focus method using the switch.
• Available options may differ depending on
the lens you are using.
• You can also select a focus method directly
by pressing [AFoMF] in Shooting mode.

· Description
• Selection AF: Press [I] and then adjust
the location and size of the focus area.
• Use the navigation button to adjust the
location of the focus area.
· • Scroll the jog dial to adjust the size of
the focus area.
Multi AF: Automatically focus on multiple
areas in the frame.
· Face Detection AF: Automatically detect
and focus on faces in the frame.
• The camera can recognize up to 10
faces and will automatically focus and
set exposure options.
Self-Portrait AF: Set the camera to emit
a sound when a face is detected and use
the macro focus when a face is detected
in the center of the frame.
