8.Warranty

PLEASEREGISTERYOURMACHINETOVALIDATEYOURWARRANTY
To validate your warranty, please register your new mower with SANLI UK as soon as
possibleafterpurchasebyreturningthewarrantycardincludedatthebackofthismanual.
Youcanalsoregisteronourwebsiteatwww.sanli.co.uk/register/
SANLI UK guarantees the machine (including the engine) for 24 months from the date of
purchase. SANLI UK guarantees to replace all defective parts due to a fault or a
manufacturing defect. In no case will this guarantee result in a refund of hardware or
directorindirectdamages.
ToqualifyforsupportundertheSANLIUKguarantee,theapplicantmustsubmitassoonas
possible a request or claim to an authorised SANLI UK service dealer or agent. A  list of

Pleasenotethatthiswarrantydoesnotcover:
• Improper use of the machine or any usethatdoesnotconformtotheadviceand
recommendationsgiveninthismanual
• Poor,improperorinadequatemaintenance
• Inadequate,excessiveorincorrectuseofengineoil
• Useofthe machineinrentalorhireapplications
• Incorrectorimpropermachineinstallation,adjustmentorstarting
• Damageorlossthatoccurredduringtransportationormovement
• Damageresultingfromacollision orafallfromheight
• The cost of return shipping or packaging (any machine sent unauthorised with
postageduewillbereturneduntouchedtothesender)
• Recognisedmowerwearingpartsorconsumablesincluding,butnotlimitedto,the
cutting blade and its fixings, friction discs, air filters, engine oil, cables, wheels,
wheel covers and bearings, the engine and its various components, the gearbox,
themower’scutterdeck,handlebarsandcontrols,thecollectionbag,safetyguards,
theirfixingsandhingemechanisms,etc.
THEWARRANTYBECOMESNULLANDVOIDAUTOMATICALLYIF:
• ChangesaremadetothemachinewithouttheexpresspermissionofSANLIUK.
• Themachine ismisusedor
theowner/operatorfailstocomplywiththeadviceand
proceduresgivenintheinstructionbookand/orlocalornationalregulations.
• PartsarefittedtothemachinethatarenotgenuineSANLIpartsorhavenotbeen
approvedbySANLIUK

