NOTE：
• Upper part and middle part are jointed
as a whole. Connect the upper part to
main rope and connect the lower part to
Kelly bar.
• Tighten the bolts according to the re-
quired tightening torque. (See: Appen-
dix, “Bolt Tightening Torque” on page 8-3)

6. Cotter pin
1. Connect Kelly guide (1) to Kelly bar (5) by
bolt (2), washers (3) and nut (4), as illustrated
in the right figure. Tighten the bolts according
to the required tightening torque and fasten
with the cotter pin (6).
2. Remove the two pins near the crowd
sledge guides and rotate the two crowd
sledge guides outwards. Install pins to their
original position to prevent the crowd sledge
guides from rotating.
NOTE：
• Tighten the bolts gradually.
• Tighten the bolts according to the
required tightening torque (See:
Appendix, “Bolt Tightening Torque” on
page 8-3).
