Integrator Lens ass'y and Relay Lens ass'y removal.
1. Remove the 2 screws-A (M2.5x5) and remove the Integrator Lens ass'y.
2. Remove the 2 screws-B (M2.5x5), remove the Relay Lens ass'y.
