Ensure nothing is blocking the flash, move closer to the subject, use forced flash mode, adjust the ISO sensitivity setting, use the exposure compensation function, or use the spot light-measuring mode.

      If your Sanyo camcorder images are too bright, the forced flash mode may be selected, the subject may have been too bright or too close, or the ISO sensitivity setting may be incorrect. Try selecting a different flash mode, using the exposure compensation function, setting the ISO sensitivity to =, capturing the image with the subject within the photographable range, selecting the correct focus setting, holding the camera correctly and slowly pressing the [ ] button halfway to lock the focus, then press the [ ] button all the way to capture the image or cleaning the lens.

      If your Sanyo Camcorder isn't capturing images when you press the button, ensure the power is on. If the power save function was activated, turn on the camera before shooting. If the camera was turned off, press the ON/ OFF button to turn it on. Also, check if you've reached the maximum number of images or video recording time; if so, install a new card or delete unnecessary images.
