A Local Area Network (LAN) that either has access to at least one of the following:

Port 123 is to allow the clock to get time data from NTP Time Server(s)
Port 80 is to allow access to the clock’s built-in web interface (HTTP)
Port 1777 is to allow the NET-MON-SOFT to identify our clocks that are on the
network and present them on the network monitoring software
At least one laptop or desktop computer with access to this LAN and a web browser
A copy of the Monitor.exe program
Security access to all of the above items
