Troubleshooting Guide
Error codes are shown on the main display for 2 seconds. The program then returns
automatically to the previous mode (e.g., weighing).
Display Cause Solution
No segments appear No AC power is available Check the AC power supply
on the display
The power supply is not Plug in the power supply

h The load exceeds the balance Unload the balance

l or Err 54 Something is touching Move the object that is
the weighing pan touching the weighing pan
err 01 Data output not compatible Change the configuration in
