Adjusting the Analyzer
Heating Element Adjustment
The procedure for adjusting the heating
element is described in the instructions
supplied with the YTM15MA temperature
adjustment set.
Weighing System Adjustment
To adjust the weighing system, perform
calibration and adjustment as described
in the following.
Purpose
Calibration is the determination of the
difference between the weight readout
and the true weight (mass) of a sample.
Calibration does not entail making any
changes within the weighing system.
Adjustment is the correction of the
difference between the measured value
displayed and the true weight (mass)
of a sample, or the reduction of the
difference to a level within specified
permissible error limits.

Calibration is performed externally with
the following weight value:

compliant printout (see the page after
next for an example).
