Possible error codes
Below is a description of possible error codes, which might show during the thermostat use.
Underfloor heating sensor is not installed. Thermostat stops Heating.
- Check whether you’ve installed the sensor correctly and the sensor is the correct
specifications. Also, check the sensors specifications and your thermostat advanced settings
Sensor in thermostat is malfunctioning. Thermostat stops Heating.
- Turn the device on and off. Try removing the main power supply – this should be done by a
professional electrician! If that doesn’t help – turn to your point of sale or our service centres.
