What causes metal noise in Schenker MODULAR 60 pump?
    • G
      Gregory ShawSep 4, 2025
If you hear a metal noise from the pump of your Schenker Water Filtration System, it could be due to pump cavitation. Check the causes of the absence of water flow at the pre-pump inlet.

Why won’t the pump start on my Schenker Distilling equipment?
    • R
      Raymond PriceSep 14, 2025
If the pump on your Schenker Distilling equipment doesn’t start, it could be due to a disconnected or burned pump pressure switch, or an electronic issue. Try restoring or replacing the pump pressure switch. You can also activate the bypass.

How to troubleshoot low production with normal pressure in Schenker Distilling equipment?
    • J
      Jessica MaynardSep 13, 2025
If your Schenker Distilling equipment shows low production with normal or low pressure, it might be due to a low battery, air within the system, or loss of sealing systems. Check the battery charge and purge the air out of the system. If the issue remains, contact customer service.

Why does the pump in my Schenker Distilling equipment keep starting and stopping?
    • J
      jeffrey31Sep 12, 2025
If the pump in your Schenker Distilling equipment temporarily switches off during operation, causing a start-and-stop issue, the pump pressure switch might not be correctly set, or the filters or membranes could be dirty. Try setting the pump pressure switch and cleaning or replacing the filters or membranes.

What to do if Schenker Distilling equipment starts but goes into alarm after 25 seconds?
    • T
      Tammy WalkerSep 9, 2025
If your Schenker Distilling equipment starts but goes into alarm after about 25 seconds, it could be in hydraulic block. Check if the pressure gauge indicates above 9-10 bar and the pump starts and stops continuously. If so, carry out the reset procedure and restart the system. If it still blocks, activate the system manually using the bypass. If the system then works correctly, it might be a pressure switch issue. Disconnect the two cables of the pressure switch from the PCB of the controller and connect them to a meter in ohm position. The pressure switch should give a closing signal followed by an opening signal every 3-4 seconds. If the signal is always open or always closed, replace the pressure switch.

Why is there low production and high pressure in my Schenker Distilling equipment?
    • A
      Amy RobertsSep 7, 2025
If your Schenker Distilling equipment is showing low production with high pressure (above 9 Bar), the cause might be clogged filters, clogged membranes, or cold inlet water. Try replacing the filters and performing a washing procedure. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

What to do if the Schenker Distilling equipment pump starts but the system suddenly blocks in high pressure?
    • W
      Wendy SandersSep 5, 2025
If your Schenker Distilling equipment's pump starts but then blocks due to high pressure, it could be due to a hydraulic block, dirty filters, obstructed membranes, or a block in the commutation system. You can try performing a reset procedure or replacing the filters. A washing procedure may also help. If the issue persists, it's best to contact customer service.

Why is there low production with normal pressure in my Schenker Water Filtration Systems?
    • J
      John WoodardAug 21, 2025
If your Schenker Water Filtration System has low production with normal or low pressure, it might be due to a low battery, air within the system, or loss of sealing systems. Check the battery charge and purge the air out of the system. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact customer service.
