Why is there low production with normal pressure in my Schenker Water Filtration Systems?
    • M
      monica00Aug 15, 2025
If your Schenker Water Filtration System has low production with normal or low pressure, it might be due to a low battery, air within the system, or loss of sealing systems. Check the battery charge and purge the air out of the system. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact customer service.

What to do if Schenker MODULAR 150 Water Filtration Systems pump starts but blocks in high pressure?
    • J
      Joshua CarterAug 19, 2025
If the pump in your Schenker Water Filtration System starts but the system suddenly blocks at high pressure, the cause may be a hydraulic block, dirty filters, obstructed membranes, or a blocked commutation system. Try performing a reset procedure and replacing the filters. You can also perform a washing procedure. If the issue continues, contact customer service.

      Amanda FernandezAug 22, 2025
Low production with high pressure (above 9 Bar) in your Schenker Water Filtration System can be caused by dirty filters, obstructed membranes, or cold inlet water. Replace the filters and perform the washing procedure. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Why Schenker MODULAR 150 Water Filtration Systems does not start when pushing the start button?
    • J
      Julia CraneAug 26, 2025
If your Schenker Water Filtration System doesn't start when you push the start button, verify that the bypass is excluded (selector turned anticlockwise) and that the pumps are activated (pump 1 and pump 2 selectors turned clockwise). Also, check that the system is properly electrically connected according to the diagram in the manual, and that the main magnetothermal switch is activated. Ensure power is reaching the electrical box by measuring the voltage with a tester between the + and - terminals. If the battery charge is insufficient, charge the batteries and try again. Finally, check all the electrical connections between the remote panel and microcomputer; if necessary, replace the microcomputer box, the connection cable, or the remote panel.

Why does my Schenker MODULAR 150 pump keep starting and stopping?
    • J
      James VaughnSep 1, 2025
If the pump in your Schenker Water Filtration System temporarily switches off during operation, causing a start and stop phenomenon, it could be due to an incorrectly set pump pressure switch, or dirty filters or membranes. Set the pump pressure switch correctly and clean or replace the filters or membranes.

What to do if Schenker MODULAR 150 Water Filtration Systems starts but alarms after 25 seconds?
    • J
      Jason SchwartzSep 4, 2025
If the Schenker Water Filtration System starts when you press the start button but goes into alarm after about 25 seconds, check if the watermaker is in hydraulic block (pressure indicated by the pressure gauge above 9-10 bar and pumps off). In this case, carry out the reset procedure and restart the system. Also, disconnect the pressure switch from the terminal board, activate the system manually by inserting the bypass, and measure the operation of the pressure switch with a tester in "ohm" position. The pressure switch must give, under normal conditions, a closing signal followed by an opening signal, every 3-4 seconds. If the signal is always open or always closed, the pressure switch must be replaced.

    • S
      Stephanie MartinezSep 8, 2025
If the pump of your Schenker Water Filtration Systems doesn’t start, the pump pressure switch may be disconnected or burned, or there may be an electronic issue. Restore or replace the pump pressure switch and activate the by-pass.

What causes metal noise in Schenker Water Filtration Systems pump?
    • T
      Terri YuSep 12, 2025
If you hear a metal noise from the pump of your Schenker Water Filtration System, it could be due to pump cavitation. Check the causes of the absence of water flow at the pre-pump inlet.
