7. Before starting up
m ATTENTION!
Always check before starting the engine:
• Check the fuel level and top it up if necessary
- the tank should be at least half lled
• Make sure that the generator has sufcient ventila-
tion
• Make sure that the ignition cable is secured to the
spark plug
• Disconnect possibly connected electronical device
from the generator
• Condition of the air lter
• Condition of the fuel lines
• The external bolt connections for tightness
• whether the battery is connected

- Never touch the spark plug while the engine is run-
ning.
