• The scheppach ts 4020 circular sawbench is defined as a
machine in accor- dance with EN 1870-1.

• Before the machine is put into operation it must be

suction hose. The suction should switch on automatically

removematchwoodorsawdust.Thevacuumsupportow
rate must be 20 mls. Subat- mospheric pressure
1200Pa.

Thevacuumexhaustunitautomaticallyswitchesonaftera
2-3 second delay after the machine tool is turned On. This
avoids overloading the circuit fuse.
Afterturningoffthemachinetool,thevacuumexhaustunit
remains on for an additional 3 - 4 seconds and is then
automatically switched off. Remaining dust is thereby
removed by vacuum exhaust, as required by German
regulations governing hazardous materials. This results in
savings in electricity consumption and reduces noise
levels, as the vacuum exhaust unit is on only during
machine tool operation.
Forworkincommercialspaces,thescheppachdustextractor
rg 4000 must be used. Do not remove or shut off vacuum
exhaustsystemsordustremoverswhilemachinetoolsare
operating.
• Thescheppachcircularsawbenchisdesignedexclusively
for the machining of wood and materi- als similar to wood.
Only original scheppach tools and accessories may be
used.Usetherequiredsawbladeinaccordancewiththe
EN8471normdependingonthetypeofcutandtypeof
wood(solidwood,plywoodorchipboard).Pleaseobserve
