8. Gripper jaws do not open
improper calibration of the gripper jaws has
switch machine off, remove metal cover (34). Lift
caused gripper solenoid shaft to get stuck in the electronics panel back, push shaft of gripper sole-
closed position noid forward and re-adjust (see adjusting the grip-
pers with the calibration set)
9. Electrical faults
Machine will not turn on (LED display not lit) fuse blown replace fuse (20) and check for cause
Machine not functioning properly
wrong voltage selected reset voltage selector (19) to proper power supply
voltage
Cycle cannot be initiated broken wire connection check all wires and terminations
