8. Problemanalyse
Der Greifer bewegt sich ruckartig:
– Greifer neu schmieren
Der Greifer bewegt sich nicht:
– Energieversorgung überprüfen
– Anschlüsse vertauscht
– Steuerimpuls fehlt
– Belastung zu groß
– Näherungsschalter defekt
– Nicht benötigte Anschlüsse nicht verschlossen
Der Greifer bleibt ohne äußere Einwirkung in einer
Zwischenstellung stehen:
– Der Greifer muss zur Überprüfung ins Werk zurück
Leistungsverlust (Druckverlust):
– Dichtungen überprüfen
– Leitungsdruck überprüfen
Der Greifer macht nicht den vollen Hub:
– Schmutz zwischen Abdeckblech, Kolben und Grundbacke
8. Trouble shooting
The gripper is moving jerkly:
– relubrify the gripper
The gripper does not move:
– check the energy supply
– the connections are mixed up
– the trigger impulse is missing
– payload is too high
– proximity switches are damaged
– connections which are not used are not sealed
The gripper remains in an intermediate position without any
external influence:
– the gripper has to be checked at SCHUNK
Loss of power (loss of pressure):
– check the seals
– check the actuation pressure
The gripper does not move the full stroke:
–
there might be dirt between the cover plate, piston and base jaw
