7. Installation
Installation Advice
• Never reduce ue diameter right next to the rangehood outlet tting, refer to gure 1.
• Never t reductions next to curves or bends in the installations. They must always be in straight
sections and as far as possible from the rangehood, refer to gure 2.
• Avoid exccessive reduction of the ue size, as this drastically reduces extraction capacity, refer to
gure 3.
• Use an air extraction ue which is as short as possible.
• You should not have more than one blend in the installation, refer to gure 4.
• If they are unavoidable, keep the curves or bends to a minimum. Try to keep the angles as open as
possible, refer to gure 5.
