Wheels and Tires
The rims do not have dirt or grease on them.
The wheels are properly attached to the
tricycle and the axle nuts are tight.
The wheel spokes are not loose or broken.
The wheel rotation is smooth and there is no
side to side movement.
Thetiresareinatedtowithinthe
recommended pressure as displayed on the
tire sidewall.
The tires have tread and there are no bulges or
excessive wear.
Steering
The handlebar and stem are correctly adjusted
and tightened, and allow proper steering.
The handlebars are set correctly in relation to
the forks and the direction of travel.
The handlebar binder bolt is tightened.
