  If the SCRAM Systems GPS bracelet displays a critically low battery, it may not be charging correctly or holding its charge. First, when you place the bracelet on the charger, check for a green flashing light. If there are no lights, replace the charger. If that doesn't work, replace the bracelet and request an RMA from AMS. If the bracelet isn't holding a charge, check the ‘Event Details’ to confirm the user is charging it as instructed. If they are, but the battery is still draining quickly, replace the bracelet and request an RMA from AMS.

  If the SCRAM Systems GPS bracelet shows a bracelet tamper, visually inspect the back plate for any signs of tampering. If you don't see any tampering, replace the back plate. If the back plate doesn't secure completely, or the bracelet continues to alert a tamper shortly after replacing the back plate, then replace the bracelet and request an RMA from AMS.

Check the ‘Events Detail’ window to see if the battery was completely drained because it wasn't charged. If so, instruct the user to charge the bracelet and follow the recommended actions to resolve the communication failure.
